Most of the Orthotic & Prosthetic services offered by Body in Motion Sports & Orthopaedics, Inc. are covered by insurance. We are in-network with most major insurance carriers, including Medicare.
Once you have provided all the appropriate information to our office staff, we will contact your insurance company to verify the amount of coverage available to you for your Orthotic or Prosthetic service. Once this Information is obtained, we will be able to give you an estimate of your out-of-pocket expense prior to visiting us. It would also be beneficial for you to contact your insurance carrier so you too can understand what Orthotic & Prosthetic benefits are available under your plan. Together we will work as a team to maximize your benefits for the best coverage possible.
Most of our Orthotic & Prosthetic services are covered at some percentage by your insurance carrier. Unfortunately, this does not guarantee that all Orthotics and Prosthetics will be covered 100% or even at all. In some instances, a co-payment may apply to your insurance policy which will be collected at the end of your initial evaluation visit. All other out-of-pocket expenses will be billed to you once it has been reviewed by your insurance company.
Payments may be made to Body in Motion Sports & Orthopaedics, Inc. in the form of check, cash, credit and/or money order. We also offer financing through the CareCredit program, a GEMoney Company that offers no-interest or low-interest payment plans based on your needs and budget. Our highly trained Staff can assist you with any type of Medicare question you may have. As a general rule, as long as the Orthotic or Prosthetic device is prescribed by a treating physician, meets Medicare coverage guidelines, and is medically necessary, Medicare will pay 80% of its “fee schedule” after your annual deductable has been met.
